Registration will open at 8.00am. Conference will commence at 9.00am.

There are a number of accommodation options in the vicinity of the conference venue. Rydges Latimer has offered a discounted rate. Go to the NZ Federation conference webpage (https://www.nzfishfed.co.nz/conference) for the link. Otherwise, we urge you to search online and book early.

Happy Hour will start at 5.30pm at the conference venue followed by the ENL Shield and Young Fisher of the Year Award presentation at 6pm and fish and chip dinner. The auction will start at approximately 7pm.

There will be a free ladies breakfast to be held for fishers and business partners at the Rydges Latimer restaurant from 7.45am to 8.45am. 

The day's programme (sponsored by Sunderland Marine) includes a ticketed event that will be paid for by the Federation. Any cancellation within the week prior to the 30th May 2025 may incur a $50 cancellation fee. This will be at the discretion of the conference organiser.

Please note, for catering purposes, only those that have registered and are going on the bus will be allowed to attend the lunch event.
